  • When can I collect my order?
    For items in stock at store, we will normally have your item ready to collect within 1-2 working days. For items that we don’t have in stock your order will be ready to up to 7 working days depends of our suppliers.
  • How will I know when my order is ready?
    For every order we will send you an e-mail to let you know when your order is ready to collect. If you’ve ordered a bike we will contact you once you have placed your order to arrange a collection time.
  • What do I need to collect my order?
    Please bring with you your confirmation e-mail, a photo proof of ID (i.e. passport, driving licence), and proof of address. We will hold your order in store for 10 days, if you have any problems with getting to the store to collect your order please feel free to use our delivery service for just 10€ south side or north side 15€
  • Can Someone Else Collect My Order?
    Please contact the store you have chosen to collect from in advance and we will do our best to accommodate any changes relating to collection.
  • How do I cancel/change my order?
    If you wish to cancel your order or make any changes please contact the store directly. Please note, full refunds will be made via the original transaction made with our online team.
  • How do I return my order?
    Our normal returns policy applies to all Click & Collect orders, for more information see our returns policy. You can also return directly to the store.
  • Can anyone avail of the bike-to-work scheme?
    The bike to work scheme is aimed at employees under Irish tax system. You must be an employee (pay PRSI PAYE )or a director of a company in order to avail of the tax discount.
  • I’m a sole trader/company owner, can I use this bike-to-work scheme?"
    Only employees who pay PAYE PRSI can use this scheme, but if you are a company director and pay yourself from a business account you can avail of the scheme. If you are self-employed, and using the bike as part of your business and pay VAT, you can reclaim the paid VAT on the bicycle yourself.
  • How much can I spend in the bike-to-work scheme?
    You can get up to €1000 off a new bike/accessories every 5 years.
  • What accessories can I get with the bike-to-work scheme?
    Cycle helmets which conform to European standard EN 1078 Bells and bulb horns Lights, including dynamo packs Mirrors and mudguards to ensure riders visibility is not impaired Cycle clips and dress guards Panniers, luggage carriers and straps to allow luggage to be safely carried Locks and chains to ensure cycle can be safely secured Pumps, puncture repair kits, cycle tool kits and tyre sealant to allow for minor repairs Reflective clothing along with white front reflectors and spoke reflectors
  • Does my employer have to avail of the cycle to work scheme?
    No, it is the employer’s choice whether or not they avail of this scheme.
  • Can all brands and styles of bikes be traded in?
    Yes, all bikes can be traded in. However, it will depend of the conditions of the bike if we can take it or not.
  • What value can I expect for my trade-in?
    Most trade-ins will yield an instant 10% to 20% (up to €100) off the sticker price of the new bike. There may be higher values for newer bikes or collectible race bikes. Bikes with broken shifters and requiring other parts to repair will yield a lower trade-in value.
  • Why trading in your bike is a positive thing to do?
    You receive a discount on a new bike. Gets your old bike out of the garage. Your old bike is refurbished and not sent to a landfill. Someone gets your old bike (tuned and ready to enjoy) at a great price.
  • Do you buy used bikes?
    Yes, we pay cash for old road racing bikes, and occasionally something else.
  • Do you Sell used bikes?
    Yes, please come to the shop and you can check our range of Second Hand Bikes for an unbeatable price.
  • If there is a problem with the bike after I buy it a Second Hand Bike, will you fix it?"
    We don’t specifically offer a guarantee for second hand bikes. However, if there is a problem with the bike shortly after you purchase it, and it is something that we have overlooked, we will rectify it free of charge. If if is something that has occurred as a result of regular wear and tear, or after a few weeks/months of use, We can repair it or upgrade it at a low price, or sometimes at no charge.
  • What happen if your bike or e-scooter is in the shop for more than 40 days after is ready ?
    If after 40 days the bike or e-scooter is not collected, it will be sell to recover the costs of parts, services and storage.
